Ambrosiana Hotel is situated a short distance from Misano Adriatico’s Sea Front, that is the most modern and glamorous part of the city and is scattered with trendy clubs, fine restaurants, modern sports facilities and funny attractions. A long cycle path that runs along the coast connects it with Rimini.

Misano Adriatico’s beach, that has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag recognition since 1987, is a wide expanse of golden sand that slopes down to the Adriatic Sea. Bathing establishments in Misano Adriatico are provided with modern equipment and excellent sports facilities, and also give children the possibility to play in total safety.

The oldest part of the city rises on the top of the panoramic promontory of Misano Monte, that boasts sweeping views over the whole Riviera Romagnola. Misano Monte also gathers precious historic-artistic monuments, such as the church of the patron saint St. Biagio and the ancient Malatesta Tower, the latter being the only remain of the ancient medieval castle.

In the 60s, a thriving tourist Harbour was built in Portoverde, which is now Misano’s trendiest area. Scattered with glamorous discos, clubs, restaurants and boutiques, it attracts large numbers of elite tourists.


In 2006, the new Misano World Circuit was inaugurated and started replacing the former Santa Monica international one. It hosts some of the most important motorcycling competitions in the world, such as the Grand Prix of San Marino and Rimini Riviera and the annual Superbike World Championship.
